What to include in your email
To help us respond quickly, please include the relevant details for your inquiry.
For license activation:
- Your payment ID (from the Payments receipt email)
- Your machine hash (from our machine hash calculator)
- The full name to issue the license to
For technical questions:
- The FormulaEngineer version you're using
- Your .NET target framework and operating system
- A short description of what you're trying to do
- Any error messages or unexpected behavior
For sales inquiries:
- Number of developers / seats you'd like to license
- Whether you need a custom arrangement beyond our standard tiers
- Your preferred payment method or invoicing requirements
